Villa de Croicaz

A peculiar location that moves throughout Hedge. It is never more then two hours in either direction from where the last Lost is dropped of by the Kepersalt Company's train. It is impossible to know the village has shifted until one leaves its walls.

It resembles one of the early Spanish colonies decorated in iconography that has no earthly analogue. The buildings resemble the superficial motif keeping with early Californian architecture but shift location and dimension slightly whenever someone looks away. The only constant is the small church in the center of town. Chained to the steeple is a human skeleton. Inside are stained glass windows displaying a bloody battle between colonists and some shapeless monsters. Pews lead to an altar where tart goblin fruits grow.

A strange breed of hedge beasts that resemble pony sized skinks skitter around the village shyly.
